Henry Toy – Chief Engineer

Henry brings 17 years of engineering leadership and experience attained worldwide including Canada, USA, Mexico, Brazil, Korea and China. As a Senior Program Manager for the auto industry, Henry led multiple cross functional teams for the development of world famous brands like, Mercedes Benz, Harley Davidson, Toyota, Ford, and General Motors. Henry is positioned at Asian Design Sourcing overseeing multiple plants directing and coordinating all aspects of manufacturing encompassing quality, process management, error proofing, project management, and continuous improvement.

David Miller – Director of Industrial Design

David Miller is one of the most accomplished outdoor furniture industrial designers in North America. A graduate of the industrial design program at California State University Long Beach, an 11 year designer with John Caldwell Designs of Pasadena California, David arrives to Canada with a portfolio of outdoor furniture accomplishments that include major collections for the likes of Brown Jordan, Tropitone, and Kingsley-Bate. Davidís mission is to interpret the needs of our clients and to effectively map the product evolution process. David compliments the most innovative trends and idea choices. He is an industrial designer of exceptional talent that can define and contour our clients patio collections to the next level.

Megan Lavigne – Logistics Manager & Customer Care

Megan heads the logistics and customer care service team that maintains on and off shore communications and documentation flow, between retailer, shipping companies and local DC's. A graduate of Carleton University, Megan has an impressive background in customized system administration and heads the customer service and VMS program that allows efficient and seamless on-line customer service profile data being executed by our team of customer service representatives.

Jennifer Lam – Office Manager

Jennifer Lam is office manager for Asian Design Sourcing and holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Toronto in economics and management studies. With CA designation, Jennifer ensures an efficient business environment and manages book and record keeping, commercial documentation, international banking and cost management accounting.
